Onboarding is real work, which is why it carries a one time fee. The team sets up:

Why is concierge limited to Topflight agents?
Because the team builds and runs your system for you, and that only works with agents Topflight already trains and supports. Keeping it Topflight only is how the team keeps the quality up.
What does Pro Concierge cost?
It is an add on of $597 per month on top of DIY. Bought individually, the services it includes are valued at $2,542. A one time onboarding fee covers your setup work.
What does onboarding include?
Website creation, Google review setup, uploading your book of business, tags, automations, calendar and email connections, and A2P registration for texting.
