## Meet Joanna Wyckoff.

Joanna founded Topflight Insurance Solutions after nine and a half years as a claims specialist at the Social Security Administration. She still completes more than 38 carrier certifications every July, and she built Atomic with Zach Paski for the agents she was already training.

## Why Atomic exists

Agents kept buying software and never opening it. Joanna saw it in her own agency and admits she did it too. Atomic was built in the middle of a move and a new baby on Zach's side because the gap was too big to wait on: tools that seemed complicated, sitting unused, while leads went cold.

So Atomic comes with the setup, the templates and Atomic University's weekly live sessions, and for Topflight agents, a team that builds it for you.
